How do I check the attendance for another member
The attendance plan and history for any member can be viewed by any other Chapter Member with an account on the harmonizers.org website.
-Note: Attendance is only tracked for members of the Performing Chorus and for specific events.
To view the attendance plan and history for a member
- Click on the "Members" icon on the toolbar (or click here)
- Locate the member in the list and click their name
- Click on the "Attendance" tab
- You will be presented with the "Attendance Plan" for that member
- Click on the "Attendance History" link to view the past history for the member
