Westminster and the Harmonizers?! |
We strongly suggest you set this date aside on your calendar right away: SUNDAY JUNE 27.
Why? Because that's the date of
the Harmonizers' Pre-International Barbershop Extravaganza.
Next year's international barbershop competition is in Philadelphia in the first weekend of July. So, as long as many of the world's great BHS groups are going to be in the area, the Harmonizers have asked them to join us in putting on a fantastic show here in the Alexandria area on the weekend before Philly.
Our special guest star will be the Westminster Chorus, one of the world's newest and most exciting and acclaimed men's choruses. Founded in 2002, they won the Barbershop Harmony Society international competition in 2007, appeared on America's Got Talent in 2008, and won the Choir of the World competition in 2009.
They're headed to Philly to defend their international championship. But first they are going to perform for you the weekend before that, at our Pre-International Extravaganza.
And Westminster won't be our only special guests! We'll also be joined by many of the Barbershop Harmony Society's top quartets, eager to perform especially for you as they make their way toward the international competition.
This is going to be one of the greatest barbershop shows of your lifetime. Are you going to be there...? |
